About Us
Women's Junction is a growing network of networks for business women, owners, directors, entrepreneurs and professionals, across London and the City Fringe.
It has been created and operated by business people for those who own, run, or work for, businesses. Women's Junction aims to increase the trading opportunities for its members and those who attend its networking functions. It also offers unique opportunities for women from all walks of life to meet, discuss business and individual issues that affect us all in a climate of mutual support.
Operating as a not-for-profit enterprise, Women's Junction aims to
facilitate relationship marketing, where any business can be introduced
to another potential supplier or purchaser through our breakfasts,
lunches, evening events, seminars, websites, e-newsletters, business
directory or just by word of mouth.

The Women's Junction Team
Fiona Ross
Founder member, operations and events co-ordinator for Shoreditch
Business Network for the past three years, Fiona helped launch the
network in 2000 and has played a significant part in its growth. A
qualified barrister, an experienced networker and member of BNI and
other structured networking groups, Fiona has run her own print
business for 15 years in the Shoreditch area and is an experienced
small business person.
Fiona set up the Hackney Women's Network monthly networking lunch in
November 2003 and organises monthly lunches in Shoreditch. This
successful network now has a database of over 400 Hackney-based
women-led businesses that regularly attend. With an average attendance
of 35 at each lunch, the success of the approach means she has been
asked to set up other lunches in different areas. It is this need that
has led to developing the lunch set-up into Hackney Women's Network and
making it the first network to operate under the Women's Junction
banner, now being joined by new area networks right across London.
